Seifer Almasy: Rufus's twin from Final Fantasy VIII, Seifer is arrogant and cruel, and bullies the other students at the Garden. Seifer and Rufus also have very similar hairstyles. Blonde and short in the back, with longer pieces in the front. Seifer also does that hair flip that Rufus is so very fond of. ^^
Dauragon C. Mikado: Dauragon and Rufus also have more in common than looks. They may both have the blonde hair, but they are both very powerful men. Dauragon is President of the Mikado Corp., which he took over after his father's death(sound familiar?). The Mikado company is also a power company, as is ShinRa Inc. Sadly, Dauragon and Rufus also share a dismal fate, as Dauragon dies in the end.
Draco Malfoy: Draco could definately pass as a young Rufus or his little brother. Draco is evil, blonde, and rich. He enjoys bullying other students, and he too, does the hair flip. Draco is from the Harry Potter book by J.K. Rowling(like you didn't already know).
Dr. Muraki Kazutaka: Muraki is the villain from the anime Yami no Matsuei. Try and tell me this guy didn't totally take his look from Rufus! First the hair; not blonde, but the style is exactly the same! Second; white suit and trench coat? yeah. Third; the helicopter exit! Rufus invented this one :D (while watching this I screamed 'OMG IT'S RUFUS!! lol)! Mmm...another crazy evil /gorgeous/ bishi villain!
